This website is operated by Kulturalism CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales (company number 14675264, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX). We are a non-profit social enterprise with an asset lock: all surplus is reinvested in our work.

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own personal, educational or non-commercial community use, through a standard web browser. All other use is governed by our Copyright & Trade Marks policy.

Our handbooks are supplied as digital PDF downloads; you will need a browser or reader capable of opening a PDF. Because these are digital downloads, once the download link has been opened the product is treated as used and is non-refundable, save for your statutory rights. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

This website links to external sites, including GOV.UK, for information. We are not responsible for the content of any external site. Public-sector information reproduced on this website is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and credited accordingly. We do not own the copyright in that material.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
