Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing digital products from Kulturalism CIC. This policy sets out the terms on which refunds are provided for digital products purchased through our website. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your right to cancel, and how download affects it
As a consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.However, when you buy a digital product from us, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access or download, and to acknowledge that by starting the download or access you lose your right to cancel. Once you have given that consent and the download or access has begun, we are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind.
If you have not yet started the download or accessed the product, you may still cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Faulty or misdescribed products
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a digital product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate — regardless of whether the download has begun.
Please report any such issue to us promptly, ideally within 28 days, so we can investigate quickly. Reporting after this time does not remove your statutory rights.
To report a faulty or misdescribed product, contact us at sales@kulturalism.org with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We will review your request and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change applies to purchases made after it is published and does not affect orders already placed.
