Digital Products (Handbooks & Guides)

Thank you for purchasing digital products from Kulturalism. This Refund Policy sets out the terms on which refunds are provided for digital products purchased through our website. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your right to cancel, and how it is affected by download

Where you are a consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. However, when you buy a digital product from us, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access or download, and to acknowledge that, by starting the download or access, you lose your right to cancel. Once you have given that consent and the download or access has begun, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.

If you have not yet started the download or accessed the product, you may still cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Faulty or misdescribed digital products

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a digital product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, regardless of whether download has begun. We ask that you report any such issue to us promptly — ideally within 28 days — so we can investigate quickly, but reporting after this time does not remove your statutory rights.

To report a faulty or misdescribed product, please contact us at sales@kulturalism.org with your order details and a description of the issue, together with any supporting evidence. We will review your request and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days using your original payment method.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply to purchases made after the date the change is published and do not affect orders already placed.
