Digital Products (Handbooks & Guides)

Thank you for purchasing digital products from Kulturalism. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for digital products purchased through our website.

Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products and to prevent unauthorized use, we do not offer refunds once the download or access to the digital product has started. By initiating the download or accessing the digital product, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases if the digital product is proven to be defective or not as described. Please contact our customer support team at sales@kulturalism.org with the details of the issue within 28 days of purchase, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: If you believe your case qualifies for a refund due to a defective digital product, please contact our customer support team at sales@kulturalism.org within the specified timeframe. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant supporting evidence.

Refund Decision: Our team will thoroughly review your refund request and notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.

SheVoice™ Products (Physical Items)

As our SheVoice™ mugs are produced and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printify, the following refund terms apply to physical items:

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

Items are made to order — we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size issues unless the item is faulty.
We are responsible for customer support, but any Printify-related faults will be handled through us.
